It could be crossed rather easily with stuff commonly available at any hardware store. 3 aluminum ladders that could be secured together, a horseshoe shaped ladder, such that it would fit it tightly at the bottom to either side of the ladder stabilizing it to keep it from falling over. Thus, with the device on the ladder the wall could surmounted.

The major difficulty would be to climb up the first few rungs of the horseshoe shaped, 3 ladder, aluminum, light weight, quick use, wall crossing, thingamajig.
